It all began when our CEO facilitated the sale of his quote-to-cash consulting business to a leading Steelbrick (now Salesforce Quote-to-Cash) Professional Services company. Through the growth and 250+ Subscription Quote-to-Cash implementations, the majority included the two elements that are often overlooked: lead acquisition and revenue recognition. How a lead is acquired is representative of how it will flow through the various funnels down to receiving payment from that customer and recognizing revenue.
